In this video we discuss the concepts of Power law which is widely knows as 80/20 rule. When a Biotech CEO has to make a presentation on the deals done in the therapeutic area, most of the time, they present an average deal.
We discuss in this video how average has no meaning because biotech returns are power law driven meaning only few deals are blockbusters, most of them fail or have very low deal values.
